Bilingual Customer Relations Representative

BILINGUAL CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

PURPOSE:

Provide resolution of customer satisfaction issues with Mitsubishi vehicles,
parts, service and/or dealers by resolving customer dissatisfaction, quickly,
fairly and effectively.

DUTIES:

1) Answer Level I and Level II customer inquiries; collect facts, research
customer needs and company positions; and act to resolve customer disputes
within company guidelines and policies.
2) Meet or exceed established call service levels, which include call abandon
rate, average hold time, average talk time, average work time and availability
to an incoming call queue.

3) Escalate case files to supervisors, managers, retailers and regional staff
as appropriate within adherence to Mitsubishi policies and procedures, perform
daily follow-up to promote appropriate case closures.
4) Identify patterns of customer problems, develop possible solutions and
advise supervisors and managers of emerging customer or vehicle issues.
5) Provide complete and accurate documentation of customer contact transactions
and follow-up in line with company policy and legal guidelines.
6) Administer, prepare and defend CAMVAP cases.
7) Perform other duties as assigned or required.

REQUIRED:

1) Two+ years’ wholesale/retail experience in the automobile or related
industry.
2) Three+ years’ prior call center/customer service experience.
3) Bilingual English/French.
4) Basic technical understanding of automobiles and their systems.
5) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate.

PREFERRED:

1) AA/AS Automobile/Industrial Technology or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
2) Conflict management or diffusion of anger training.
3) Fluency in other languages helpful.
4) Class “A” automotive technician certification an asset.

full-line distributor of Mitsubishi cars throughout North America.

You and your family can each be driving a new Mitsubishi every year! You can
lease up to two additional Mitsubishi vehicles for other immediate family
member at any one time. Monthly lease payments are deducted from the employee’s
paycheck. Insurance and maintenance costs are covered as part of the lease
payment. The lease terms are 12 months or 24,000 kms, whichever occurs first.
