Our client is a leading financial player in the Canadian marketplace. They provide critical financial services support to the Canadian Financial Community. They are located in mid-north Toronto on a major TTC line.

They are seeking the services of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / French) to work full time from 11am to 7pm Mondays to Fridays.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Answer incoming calls – direct call to appropriate department
  • Receive and distribute faxes
  • Assisting with basic administration/clerical duties when required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Have good communication skills, written and verbal in French and English
  • Have brilliant customer service and an excellent telephone manner
  • Have Basic Microsoft software (Word, Excel etc.) and Outlook
  • Have good organization skills.
  • Have a minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or call center environment.
