AIC Client Service Representatives are the front line contact to our clients. As a member of our award winning service team, you will work in a fast paced environment and will be accountable for providing unparalleled service to our unit holders, financial advisors and support staff. You are able to work well within a team environment while assuming responsibility for your individual results. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving service related issues and problems in a proactive and timely manner. This role requires the ability to develop relationships and increase client loyalty.

AIC provides a comprehensive initial training program, along with ongoing development and training to ensure career development.

-Ability to effectively multi-task using desktop and telecomm applications
-Ability to determine the needs of our clients through effective listening and questioning skills
-Build and maintain long term client relationships

Responsibilities:

-Responding to inquiries and concerns from existing and potential clients (financial advisor and investors) to achieve acceptable solutions while complying with AIC policies, practices and procedures.
-Represent AIC in a professional manner across all media types (i.e. by phone, through written and email communication and web material).
-Work closely with other departments to resolve account related problems in a timely manner.
-Educate clients on AIC products and services and industry trends.
-Identify service concerns in a timely manner.
-Take personal responsibility for identifying client’s needs and responding by providing superior service.
-Contribute to meeting AIC sales targets by actively promoting AIC products and service and providing leads to Sale Department.

Education:
-Bachelors Degree/College Diploma or related business experience.
-IFIC, CSC or other industry-related courses an asset.

Technical Abilities:
-Excellent working knowledge of PC applications such as MS word, outlook and web-based technology.
-Previous inbound call centre experience an asset.
