Our client is a large publicly traded company with operations and offices in several countries around the world.
The client has a current requirement for a Sales Coordinator to work with the Account Managers to help provide them with information on products that will help in creation of sales presentations to their clients.

Duties:
- Develop PowerPoint presentations that will be used by the Account Manager in their sales activities – including accurate product descriptions, prices, quantities and any other required information as directed by the Account Managers
- Administrative support to Account Managers (memos, letters, minutes of meetings etc.)
- Act as a contact when Account Managers are not available
- Coordination with other offices for Product Development (photos, cost, specifications, shipping, ordering etc.)
- Provide quotes for customers
- Maintain up to date pricing on the system
- Provide sales reports and analysis to Account Managers as required
- Create orders for buyer review/approval
- Assist retail customers with planogramming, photos and/or spreadsheets
- Coordination of samples between manufacturing, your office, and clients
- Maintain Master binder of items listed for each account
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a group
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
