Software Training & Support Associate
Full Time or Part time Contract
Automated Solutions International develops and implements Engineering
Software Technologies for the Electrical Utility Sector and provides a variety
of services supporting the day-to-day functions and the management of asset and
facility networks.

Candidates will have
a formal education and practical work experience in the following:
Application Training
Software Support/Helpdesk
Development of Technical documentation
Effectively communicating client needs
Other
responsibilities may include:
Assist in the preparation of Software
Development documentation
Provide a supporting role for Software
Testing
Applicants must demonstrate impeccable communication skills, both oral and
written. Essential skills include; a systematic and organized approach to
developing professional presentations, an extreme eye for detail, the ability
to self-manage and meet deadlines.

In addition to a technical writing education, applicants must have MS office
