Individuals to provide technical support via the phone for our clients and help contribute and drive the overall success of our companyˇ¦s goals.
About the Position:
As a Technical Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:
“« Providing technical support via phone to resolving customer problems in a professional and prompt manner
“« Analyze and develop workarounds to difficult problems for timely solutions
“« Research and communicate technical information, concepts and solutions in a professional and friendly manner that establishes, maintains and improves the relationship with the customer
“« Input accurate data in all required systems, including offered solutions. Logs customer calls as required.

Qualifications:
“« Knowledge of computer hardware and software
“« Skilled in the use of personal computers, related software and operating systems
“« Understanding of network environment basics
“« Knowledge of various methods of communication

“« Good organizational/time management skills
