Job Description

  • Independent implementation of type tests according to the relevant standards for laboratory equipment, including reporting.
  • Support for the international certification of products on the global market, e.g. as part of the IECEE CB procedure and the NRTL procedure for the USA and Canada.
  • Independent project organization and communication with the customer.
  • Participation in the automation and optimization of test procedures as well as the development, construction and evaluation of new test procedures.

qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree (electrical engineering, communications or information technology, mechatronics, or comparable).
  • You have professional experience in testing, checking and certifying laboratory equipment / IT and audio video measurement / at a testing laboratory or a manufacturer.
  • Several years of testing experience in the type testing of laboratory devices according to IEC 61010-1 and IEC 61010-2 standards are required.
  • You like to work independently, with a “hands-on mentality” and are interested in versatile and varied tasks.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good user knowledge of Microsoft Office round off your profile.
  • Occasionally travel is required.
