Customer Service/Project Coordinator
Our client is a large publicly traded company with operations and offices in several countries around the world.
They have a current requirement for a Customer Service Representative/Project Coordinator to handle customer service concerns/issues in a timely manner while assisting the Project Manager in completing projects from inception while coordinating with other offices around the world.

Duties:
- Act as a key contact (by phone) to resolve customer product questions/problems (including replacement parts on in-warranty products
- Collect and analyze customer service calls data and provide information to project manager for the recurring product problems
- Provide support to project manager while coordinating with other groups and offices
- Work with Project Manager to coordinate product packaging, artworks, instruction sheets and ensure timely shipping
- Provide support for trade shows (samples, booth – set-up and attend, promo materials etc.)
- Coordinate sample flow between factories, your office and clients
- Act as back up for project manager in their absence.
