To support our portfolio team, we are now looking for a clerk (m/f/d) for the Neu-Isenburg or Cologne location. If you have the appropriate qualifications, you can be classified as a senior clerk (m/f/d) or a specialist in the company pension scheme (m/f/d).

The portfolio management bAV is made up of employees at the locations Neu-Isenburg, Cologne and Dublin. The teams are responsible for implementing direct insurance, a provident fund and pension commitments. They process all contract changes that occur after the policy has been issued and before the service is rendered.

Tasks

  • Ensuring a high-quality service for our customers and business partners on technical issues, especially in labor, tax and social security law
  • Independent and professional processing of all technical and non-technical contract changes
  • Active participation in process optimization including its implementation
  • Competent contact person for all adjacent teams as well as colleagues in Germany and Ireland

Qualifications

  • Insurance clerk (m/f/d), preferably with completed further training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d)
  • Additional qualification in the field of company pension scheme desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of contract management for an insurance company with a focus on bAV
  • Organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
