Our customer is considered to be one of the leading manufacturers in German machine and plant construction worldwide. We are looking for a President (GN) with a focus on sales and service for his subsidiary in the USA.

He is responsible for the direction and management of the entire organization at several locations with approx. 175 employees and sales responsibility of more than 120 million dollars.
Your tasks
- Strategic and operational management of the activities in the USA including the commercial areas with comprehensive profit/loss responsibility
- Annual, budget and sales planning in coordination with the parent company
- Expansion of existing and acquisition of new customers
- Management of key accounts in the USA and Canada
- Market analysis and competition observations
- Representing the company in dealings with authorities and local authorities in the USA
your profile
- Sound knowledge of the North American market in mechanical and plant engineering
- Several years of operational management experience in sales and customer service of complex systems
- Extensive experience in running a legal entity as President or General Manager
