PURPOSE:


Provide professional support to assist in the creation, development, management
and implementation of one or more of the functional areas of Marketing
Services.

DUTIES:


1) Coordinate processing of all budgeting paperwork including initial purchase
orders/estimates, billings, inquiries, payment requests and accruals.
2) Inform internal departments of proposed and on-going projects and/or
campaigns.

3) Coordinate day-to-day project/vendor management for ongoing promotions,
advertising, direct marketing or other campaigns.
4) Coordinate the direct mailing of advertising/marketing information to
dealers, current/prior/potential customers.
5) Assist in the development and production of product literature and other
collateral materials.
6) Coordinate production bid reviews for product literature, direct marketing,
telemarketing, videos, print and TV.
7) Communicate media plans to marketing staff, corporate, field staff and
dealers.
8) Provide liaison between ad agencies and dealer associations.
9) Coordinate communications among Mitsubishi Dealer Advertising Associations
(MDAA’s), non-MDAA dealers and MMSCAN.
10) Develop, implement and manage regional MDAA dealer marketing policies,
procedures and programs.

REQUIRED:


1) Five plus years’ progressive exempt-level marketing/advertising/field
experience, including at least two years direct experience in automotive
advertising/marketing.
2) Advanced verbal/written communications/presentation skills.
3) Strong PC skills including Excel and use of laptops.
4) BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or
equivalent combination of experience and education.

PREFERRED:


1) Strong written and verbal skills in both English and French.
2) MBA or other appropriate advanced degree.

SPECIAL:


1) Must maintain and possess a valid driver’s license and company-approved
driving record.
