More than 1 lakh jobs for foreigners in Sweden
Stockholm: The government of Sweden, a country of beautiful islands and lakes, has opened the doors of employment for foreigners.
Swedish authorities have announced 100,000 jobs in more than 20 sectors for foreigners to try their luck in a nationwide labor shortage.
According to the report of the foreign news agency, in the second quarter of this year, 106,565 vacancies have been identified by Sweden across the country, a decrease compared to the previous quarter and the same period of the previous year. There is a severe shortage of employees in the sectors.
According to the report, Sweden is facing labor shortages in seven different sectors, with the same situation in the private and public sectors last year.

The areas where the government is offering foreign skilled workers the opportunity to submit applications include IT, healthcare, engineering, education, construction, manufacturing, and machine operations.
It is worth mentioning that in order to obtain a Swedish visa, a foreigner must be offered a salary of at least 1220 euros.
Also, foreigners who specialize in a particular profession will have a higher chance of getting a Sweden work visa.
According to Sweden’s labor authority, the construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, machine operations, agriculture, transportation and health sectors are lacking workers. These fields include primary school teachers, health care assistants, mobile farm and plant operators, bus and truck drivers, plumbers, agricultural and industrial machinery mechanics, manufacturing machine operators, construction workers, carpenters, motor vehicle mechanics and welders.

غیر ملکی خبر رساں ادارے کی رپورٹ کے مطابق رواں سال کی دوسری سہ ماہی میں سویڈن کی جانب سے ملک بھر میں 106,565 خالی آسامیوں کی نشاندہی کی گئی ہے، گزشتہ سہ ماہی اور پچھلے سال کے اسی عرصے کے مقابلے میں کمی کے علاوہ ملک کو مختلف شعبوں میں ملازمین کی شدید کمی کا سامنا ہے
رپورٹ کے مطابق سوئیڈن کو سات مختلف شعبہ جات میں مزدوروں کی کمی کا سامنا ہے، پچھلے سال نجی اور سرکاری شعبوں میں بھی صورتحال ایسی ہی تھی۔
حکومت جن غیرملکی ہنر مند افراد کو درخواستیں جمع کرانے کا موقع فراہم کررہی ہے ان میں آئی ٹی، ہیلتھ کیئر، انجینئرنگ، تعلیم، تعمیرات، مینوفیکچرنگ، اور مشین آپریشنز شامل ہیں۔
یہ بات قابل ذکر ہے کہ سوئیڈش ویزا حاصل کرنے کے لیے شرط یہ ہے کہ کسی بھی غیرملکی کو کم از کم 1220 یورو کی تنخواہ کی پیشکش کی جائے۔
اس کے علاوہ کسی مخصوص پیشے میں مہارت رکھنے والے غیرملکیوں کے لیے سوئیڈن کا ورک ویزا حاصل کرنے کا زیادہ امکان ہوگا۔
سوئیڈن کی لیبر اتھارٹی کے مطابق تعمیرات، ہنر مند تجارت، مینوفیکچرنگ، مشین آپریشنز، زراعت، نقل و حمل اور صحت کے شعبے ملازمین سے خالی پڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ ان شعبوں میں پرائمری اسکولوں میں اساتذہ، ہیلتھ کیئر اسسٹنٹس، موبائل فارم اور پودے لگانے والے آپریٹرز، بس اور ٹرک ڈرائیورز، پلمبرز، زرعی اور صنعتی مشینری میکینکس، مینوفیکچرنگ مشین آپریٹرز، تعمیراتی کارکن، بڑھئی، موٹر وہیکل میکینکس اور ویلڈرز درکار ہیں۔
لیبر اتھارٹی کے مطابق یورپی یونین، یورپی اقتصادی علاقے اور سوئٹزر لینڈ کے شہریوں کو سوئیڈن میں کام کرنے کے لیے ورک ویزا کی ضرورت نہیں ہے تاہم دوسرے ممالک کے افراد کو ورک ویزا کے لیے درخواست دینا ہوگی۔
مذکورہ ویزے کے لیے ملازمت کی پیش کش، معاہدہ، کم از کم ماہانہ تنخواہ 1220 یورو ہوگی اور اس کے علاوہ آجر سے صحت، لائف، ملازمت اور پنشن کی انشورنس بھی دی جائے گی۔
According to the Labor Authority, citizens of the European Union, European Economic Area and Switzerland do not need a work visa to work in Sweden, but people from other countries must apply for a work visa.
For the said visa, the job offer, contract, minimum monthly salary will be 1220 Euros and in addition health, life, employment and pension insurance will be provided by the employer.
